Secure Integration
Enabled by open APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) allows for the users' CRM systems to integrate seamlessly making it a natural extension to the usual environment of the business. CRM systems are able to integrate their processes via API into Immosurance (documentation).

Signing up to Immosurance
Thanks to role-based authorisation profiles, only the Compliance Officer of the Company can initially register on the Immosurance platform, after which they can determine which roles are assigned to the other users. All activities within the Company fall below the ultimate responsibility of the AML Officer. The AML Officer can invite AML-users and AML-Auditors to its AML account via encrypted invitations.
KYB (Know Your Business): Internal Due Diligence
The Immosurance Platform is a 360 degree solution for Real Estate AML-compliance duties, which includes a Dashboard area in which the AML Officer organises all aspects of internal compliance for AML in the Real Estate industry. KYB is an essential part of AML whereas only focussing on KYC (transactions and clients) alone is far from sufficient to comply with the current Directives and the approved Regulation (AMLA) coming into effect in July 2027.
KYC (Know Your Client): Clients & Transactions
For each transaction that is triggering Article 19 of the AML law, a Dossier is established which details the Transaction, the Property subject to the transaction, and the Clients. Through secure digital processes provided by world-class digital compliance providers (e.g. LexisNexis, IDVerse), KYC checks are performed and followed through to completion.
Real Estate-Specific Solution: Beyond Generic KYC
