Pricing Groups
Basically there's a distinction made between 3 groups:
Not MMCEPI Certified
As a professional you do not belong to a Professional Association that's a CEPI member, or you are not MMCEPI-certified yet. MMCEPI certifications are awarded to Real Estate professionals by CEPI upon the request of the CEPI member association.
MMCEPI Certified
As a professional you do belong to a Professional Association that's a CEPI member, and you are MMCEPI-certified: benefit from steep discounts as a reward to your commitment to compliance in Real Estate.
Franchise Group
You or your company manages a network of companies who operate individually yet under your brand or within your network. Each business is considered an individual AML-user yet special conditions apply for each of the individual entities within the group.
VAT
VAT is processed as fiscal and EU rules prescribe. Our pricing is always mentioned without VAT. In case VAT is added, this amount is deductible by the company contracting the service. Companies in Spain always are added 21% VAT. For companies within the EU and with a valid EU Tax Identification number, the EU VAT between EU member states is applied. All other clients will be charged VAT.
