1. Company License: one single license is required per legal entity with an unlimited amount of users pertaining to the same legal entity.
The license entitles 24/7 access to the platform & securely stored data, all resources provided, an unlimited amount of users, central storage of all AML-requirements for Real Estate, custom Risk Module, various additional functions (email integration, calendar, workflow,…) and support.
2. Transaction Cost: pay for what you really use.
Benefit from volume discounts through the centralised digital services platform. For a fraction of the public price, you can perform documental and biometric identifications, KYC and risk assessments through the world’s leading digital compliance services.

Unlimited access 24/7
Access the platform from any place, through an internet browser, securely connecting you and all the people in your business you decide to have access.
In-app purchases
Third party services within the platform can be purchased in the platform (e.g. credits for digital signatures).
Support
On-screen help in your language is available in the platform, yet you can count on assistance by phone, email, support tickets, WhatsApp etc. from Monday through Friday.

User licenses to Immosurance are per legal entity, no matter how many users you need to access the platform.

Pricing Groups
Basically there's a distinction made between 3 groups:
MMCEPI Certified
Best Deal
As a professional you do belong to a Professional Association that's a CEPI member, and you are MMCEPI-certified: benefit from steepest discounts as a reward to your commitment to compliance in Real Estate.
Not MMCEPI Certified by part of CEPI family
Great Deal
As a professional you do belong to a Professional Association that's a CEPI member, yet without being MMCEPI cerified (see cepi.eu for more details), extending you advantageous rates both on yearly licenses as on transactions.
Not part of CEPI family
Good Deal
The license fee is a low yearly cost that entitles your company to operate the Immosurance platform, whilst enjoying volume discounts on transactions such as digital ID verification, KYC & AML risk assessment, as well as digital signatures.
VAT
VAT is processed as fiscal and EU rules prescribe. Our pricing is always mentioned without VAT. In case VAT is added, this amount is deductible by the company contracting the service. Companies in Spain always are added 21% VAT. For companies within the EU and with a valid EU Tax Identification number, the EU VAT between EU member states is applied. All other clients will be charged VAT.
