Project Development Started

The Immosurance development phase officially began with intensive workshops involving Real Estate AML experts from across CEPI-member countries.

These workshops brought together professionals from multiple European countries to define the requirements for a complete, practical AML compliance solution tailored specifically to the Real Estate sector.

Key milestones in the development process:

• April 2024: Workshops commenced with Real Estate AML experts
• July 2024: The base platform (derived from Optima-CRM) approved by CEPI's Board
• September 2024: AML-specific development phase began

The collaborative approach between CEPI, its member associations, and OptimaSys ensured that the platform was built from the ground up with the practical needs of Real Estate professionals at its core.
