NREA National Conference – INSPIRE TO HIGHER 2025

The Bulgarian Real Estate Association (NREA) held its annual national conference "INSPIRE TO HIGHER 2025" in Sofia, Bulgaria.

A key topic of discussion was the current state and future of AML compliance in European Real Estate. Immosurance was presented as the solution designed to address these obligations for Real Estate professionals across CEPI-member countries.

Tommas Kaplan (Europe’s AML expert for the non-financial industry) and Geert Rillaerts (CEO of OptimaSys, author of Immosurance), discussed the current and future state of AML in Europe.

The conference also served as the platform to announce the planned rollout of Immosurance among Bulgarian real estate businesses starting in 2026, aligning with the broader European launch timeline.
